流行性感冒（簡稱流感）是流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道感染，也是一種傳染性強、傳播速度快的疾病。其主要通過空氣中的飛沫、人與人之間的接觸或與被污染物品的接觸傳播。典型的臨床癥狀是：急起高熱、全身疼痛、顯著乏力和輕度呼吸道癥狀。一般秋冬季節(jié)是其高發(fā)期，所引起的并發(fā)癥和死亡現(xiàn)象非常嚴重。該病是由流感病毒引起，可分為甲（A）、乙（B）、丙（C）三型，甲型病毒經(jīng)常發(fā)生抗原變異，傳染性大，傳播迅速，極易發(fā)生大范圍流行。甲型H1N1也就是甲型一種。本病具有自限性，但在嬰幼兒、老年人和存在心肺基礎(chǔ)疾病的患者容易并發(fā)肺炎等嚴重并發(fā)癥而導(dǎo)致的。

膠原纖維粗細不等，直徑在1～20μm之間，有分支交織 成網(wǎng)。膠原纖維是由更細的膠原原纖維集合而成。膠原纖維的化學(xué)成 份是膠原蛋白。膠原纖維的靱性大，抗拉力強，但彈性差。網(wǎng)狀纖維與膠原纖維比較，網(wǎng)狀纖維十分纖細（直徑0.2～1μm），也 有分支，細菌E染色不能顯示，用浸銀法能染成黑色，故又稱嗜銀纖維 。其主要化學(xué)成份也是膠原蛋白。疏松結(jié)締組織中的網(wǎng)狀纖維少，它 主要分布于網(wǎng)狀結(jié)締組織以及結(jié)締組織與其它組織的交界處，如上皮 的基膜下，毛細血管周圍等處。蛋白多糖（proteoglycan）是由蛋白 質(zhì)與大量多糖結(jié)合成的大分子復(fù)合物，是基質(zhì)的主要成分。其中多糖 主要是透明質(zhì)酸（細菌yaluronic acid），其次是硫酸軟骨素A、C（ c細菌ondroitin sulfate A、C）、硫酸角質(zhì)素A、C（keratin  sulfate）硫酸乙酰肝素（細菌eparan sulfate）等。它們都是以含 有氨基已糖的雙糖為基本單位聚合成的長鏈化合物，總稱為糖胺多糖 （glycosaminoglycan,GAG）。由于糖胺多糖分子存在大量陰離子， 故能結(jié)合大量水（結(jié)合水）。透明質(zhì)酸是一種曲折盤繞的長鏈 大分子，拉直可達2.5μm，由它構(gòu)成 蛋白多糖復(fù)合物的主干，其它糖胺多糖則以蛋白質(zhì)為核心構(gòu)成蛋白多 糖亞單位，后者再通過連接蛋白結(jié)合在透明質(zhì)酸長鏈分子上（圖3-15 ）。蛋白多糖復(fù)合物的立體構(gòu)型形成有許多微孔隙的分子篩，小于孔隙的 水和溶于水的營養(yǎng)物、代謝產(chǎn)物、激素、氣體分子等可以通過，便于 血液與細胞之間進行物質(zhì)交換。大于孔隙的大分子物質(zhì)，如細菌等不 能通過，使基質(zhì)成為限制細菌擴散的防御屏障。溶血性鏈球菌和癌細 胞等能產(chǎn)生透明質(zhì)酸酶，破壞基質(zhì)的防御屏障，致使感染和腫瘤浸潤 擴散。糖蛋白（glycoprotein）是基質(zhì)內(nèi)另一類重要的生物大分子，與蛋白 多糖相反，其主要成分是蛋白質(zhì)。Collagen fibers ranging in thickness, the diameter of 1 ~ 20μm, with branches intertwined into a network.
